Break Ground With Gardner.

The Ocean City Housing Authority has completed a thirty-two (32) unit building in the City of Ocean City with builder Gary F. Gardner, Inc.

This project replaced a Public Housing project that was converted to a Rental Assistance Demonstration project, which required the relocation of residents. 

The Gardner group stayed on pace with the project timeline even during the pandemic. The project was completed in August 2021.

The Authority is pleased with the quality of the construction and the professionalism of the crew.

GFG worked with us on a 221 apartment rehab project located in East Orange, NJ. The project scope includes unit renovation, ADA apartment conversion, common areas and corridor upgrades, boiler replacement and many other major infrastructure, exterior and interior upgrades. The GFG project management team was a pleasure to work with and the field management team was on top of the work in progress, field coordination with the management team and had a good handle of any issues. This particular project was challenging in terms of large scope of work, nature of the neighborhood, keeping existing buildings operational and many other logistical challenges. Through it all, the GFG team has performed as expected and with professionalism.

We love our new house! Every detail is perfect and we have Andrea to thank for that. She got to know us and our tastes and guided us through every decision. We counted on her throughout the process. She saved us from making many mistakes. Andrea coordinated and accompanied us to every showroom appointment and even pulled things out of her trunk to show us!

For our “odd requests,” Andrea took the time to research and recommend websites and then helped us narrow things down. We would not have been able to coordinate all the tasks and decisions necessary to complete our beautiful home without her.

Andrea continues to support us through any follow-up and punch list items and is always there to answer our questions.

She treated our house like hers and was excited and enthusiastic throughout the process!

I have worked with Gary F. Gardner General Contractors on several residential projects, Large and small, over the last decade and found their management and execution of the work to be professional. As an architect I want clear, consistent communication with both the GC’s Project Manager and the Field Superintendent…l get that with Gardner.
