Community Outreach

We invest structurally and socially into the communities we build. Our Community Outreach Team scouts for potential employees and subcontractors in the surrounding areas of upcoming projects. Through job fairs, open houses and workshops our team invites interested candidates to join the bidding or employment qualification process. Our goal is to welcome and equip a diverse and equitable workforce.
